That's why we built a firm specifically to be your partner. Rae Ann George, the business owner’s CPA, established George CPA Firm, LLC to help business owners succeed financially. Beyond just crunching numbers and formulating tax strategies to save clients money, Rae Ann is dedicated to making financial record-keeping and financial statement preparation a seamless part of new and established business owners’ processes and then using the data extracted from those financial statements to help business owners manage and grow their businesses. As a member of the American Institute of CPAs, she has access to the latest industry standards and best practices, which she applies for the benefit of her clients.
As a strong proponent of our core value—Always Learning—Rae Ann has participated in the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Program, the Houston Urban League Small Business Program, and other business accelerator programs across Houston. She enjoys serving the community and has sat on various Boards and committees, including NAWBO-Houston, EEDC, and Toastmasters International District 56.
When not serving clients, Rae Ann enjoys growing giant cucumbers, gardening, and traveling for food tours.
Nikesha is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with over a decade of experience and a solid academic foundation, qualifications that reflect her analytical strength and strategic insight. As a highly dedicated professional who brings both competence and care to her work; she consistently receives positive feedback from clients and colleagues alike, underscoring her ability to deliver results while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
Nikesha’s portfolio as the Accounting Manager includes comprehensive financial statement preparation, expert bookkeeping, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Nikesha is known for her commitment to continuous improvement and her disciplined focus on accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and auditability.
When not designing and implementing financial recording workflows, Nikesha loves to read, is a foodie always on the hunt for new flavors, and an unbeatable Monopoly champion.
Kenwyn is a versatile business consultant with experience working in various industries, including telecommunications, medical laboratories, financial services, iron and steel, furniture, food services, and construction. He has extensive multidisciplinary experience in areas such as sales and marketing, project management, human resources, strategic planning, entrepreneurship, supply chain management, and customer experience, which he brings to the table when working with clients as they strategize and move forward in growing their business.
His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in entrepreneurial management and multiple certificates in project management, leadership, operations, supply chain management, and related fields.
When not engaged in strategy sessions, Kenwyn enjoys going to the beach and searching for that perfect mango.
Marie is a highly trained senior administrator, marketer, and customer service specialist. She brings a range of skills to her work, including leadership in quality assurance, process improvement and re-engineering initiatives, project planning, customer experience design, event planning, and social media marketing.
Her passion for people and dedication to achieving win-win results are key attributes that ensure her success. She is committed to helping clients succeed, and she works tirelessly to see their businesses thrive.
When taking a break from design and content creation, Marie enjoys spending time with family and friends, serving at church and writing poetry.
Rachel is a senior bookkeeper with a specialization in tax. Known for providing accurate and timely financial statements, Rachel is highly proficient in preparing and analyzing daily financial transactions, complex accounting problems, untangling payroll issues, and all other facets of bookkeeping. She prides herself on her critical thinking skills and her attention to detail.
As an excellent accountant who exhibits the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality in the execution of her duties, Rachel is an integral member of the accounting team.
When not crunching numbers, Rachel enjoys all things pink, traveling with her family, and growing roses.
Sherry-Ann specializes in transforming messy QuickBooks into organized and accurate financial records. With a special focus on wrangling historical data into streamlined reporting, Sherry-Ann’s attention to detail, focus on complete record-keeping, and establishing systems for good record-keeping contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of client deliverables.
Outside of work, Sherry-Ann enjoys sports, hiking, and making beautiful memories with her family.
Nia helps business owners answer the question: “How do I know if I made a profit?” and keeps their financial statements accurate month after month. Nia is known for her reliability and consistency in daily financial tasks. She supports the firm's bookkeeping team with diligence and professionalism while continuing to expand her technical skills in accounting.
When not crunching numbers, Nia is a foodie who enjoys cooking, gaming, and planning her travel adventures.
